  • CHEATERS ARE NOT PERMITTED HERE!
    THE LIFESPAN OF A CHEATER IN THIS PROGRAM WILL BE 3 DAYS... GUARANTEED!
    We have strict policies and methods that we apply DAILY to weed out cheaters - persons in violation of this 'Terms'. We have zero tolerance for cheating and it will take us between 1 to 3 days to find them. If you plan to cheat and not to adhere to our rules... please do not join our program!

  • Accepted Members
    YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ/WRITE ENGLISH!
    All countries are accepted as long as you can read/write English. However, members from China, Taiwan and Indonesia will not be permitted into the program at this time.

    This is important because to benefit greatly from this program, you must be able to follow instructions in English to earn bonuses and to prevent your account from being deleted. And of course, you must be able to read other member's English ads that are promoted here.

  • Proxy Use
    We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated.

  • Multiple Joins
    You are not allowed to create any more than one(1) account per household or IP .

  • False Representing
    We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

  • Cheating
    With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our site. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
  • Failing Cheat Check questions because you cannot read english or because you are using a proxy to surf

  • Cheat Check Questions
    The Cheat Check questions comes up randomly while you are surfing the Click-Exchange ads and the Paid to Click ads. We have strict ruleing on this: If any member fails more than 10 of these questions on any given day, their account will be suspended for 7 days. If you have more than 3 suspensions, your account will be deleted from our program and your ip address banned to prevent future signups, and more importantly... you will lose all earnings acquired in the program!

  • Spam
    We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, Site Specials and issues with the site.

  • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your account will be deleted. And you will lose all your earnings.

  • Payouts
    In keeping with our profile of Integrity, and to ensure a long and viable relationship with our clients, we can proudly and safely state that ALL PAYOUTS will be honored and duly paid. You should receive your payouts within 3 days. If for any reason you find you have not been paid within the given time, and if we have not contacted you regarding this, then please send a note to us in the contact us page. Payouts are made via PayPal and Alert Pay.

  • Advertising Terms
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials (including 'scantily clad people') of any kind.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be English.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
    -- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
    -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

    If we receive any report from any member regarding your website and we find that your ad is in violation of any of the above, your website will be deleted from our program and the domain name blocked. The remaining credits you have assigned to that website will be given to the first person who made the report.

    If we have more than 3 reports on your account of ads you have in violation of any of the above, your account will be deleted and banned from this program and you will lose all your earnings.

  • Subject to change
    This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
